We have used flatirons carpet over the years.. They are all ones we consider using. Why? They are very responsive. If you call or contact them in anyway, you get an immediate answer. This has been consistent over the years.I have always been able to clean my carpet in the time I needed it clean whether it’s for special occasions or special spots or anything. They are always punctual. Never late. Definitely the cost is very reasonable. I have a difficult pet carpet cleaning issues and they go beyond taking care of the problem and doing a very thorough efficient beyond excellent job of cleaning the carpet. We always have cabinets they can deal with anything we need help with. They even got grape juice of the carpet in my vehicle. Amazing. They are very friendly to be around. It’s like a family member coming in your home to clean your carpet. Your welcome them. They can tackle and take care of any issue. I had another difficult staining on my basement carpet and they made it look beautiful.

I know more than a dozen people who have told me Mike does a fantastic job, so when I needed my carpets done I gave him a try. He exceeded my expectations! There was a stain that was present before I moved in and assumed it couldn't be removed, but they got it. I own a rental property and had some tenants that were less than responsible with the carpets, so I called Mike at Flatirons to come in to clean up the messes. Honestly, I didn’t think most of the pet stains were going to come up, but boy was I surprised. *Great Service!* I own a rental condo in Boulder and have a very short window of opportunity to get it cleaned when the tenants change each summer. (Last year it was a mater of hours!) Flatirons always meets my schedule and shows up when they say they will. *I called Flatirons carpet a few days before Thanksgiving*.I asked Mike if he had time to do my carpets, and would understand if he could not because it was such short notice. I was having a huge Thanksgiving Party. Mike said
he could fit me in early in the Morning! Mike Finnesy is GREAT! My dog was very sick and …well, my carpets really needed to be cleaned. Mike and his crew showed up on time and restored my carpets. With a dog and teenage boys lying all over the furniture, I asked Mike if there was any hope of making them look and smell any better, he said without a doubt. Then I asked him if he could clean the tile in my son’s bathroom… I was a little nervous, cause I hadn’t been in that bathroom for quite awhile! Oh my goodness! I forgot that tile was white! I thought well at least the carpets and furniture look and smell great for the holidays but would probably start to smell again, even though the dog went to heaven and the boys moved out!
